Monday, April 3 - Wednesday, April 5, 2017 Los Angeles, CA
Giving our youth the tools for success is part of the American potential. Families want opportunities for their children to build skills, get excited about learning, and have mentors. Young people seek choices to explore their passions and ignite their dreams.
Today–in all 50 states–leaders are championing afterschool and summer learning programs as solutions to community challenges and opportunities to advance state priorities like workforce development. In April 2017, state leaders will convene on the supports, systems, and funding needed to expand afterschool learning opportunities for children and youth.
